Vogue Living Mag in Argentina
I recently hosted Susan Westwood, Vogue Living's Senior editor, in Buenos Aires. She was interested in local interior designs, and visiting beautiful residences and restaurants, behind-the-scenes in Buenos Aires & surrounding areas.
The story about Buenos Aires design will be featured in the May/June issue of VOGUE Living. Enjoy! xx
Special thanks! Julia and Marcelo

KENZO IN BUENOS AIRES
World famous, Japanese artist and designer, Kenzo Takada opens his first exhibition in Latin America. The event showcases his plastic works at the new art gallery Lordi Arte Contemporaneo in San Telmo, Venezuela 617. The exhibition has traveled the world, stopping first in Munich and Morocco, and is a combination of paintings, sculptures and collages. The majority of the paintings feature women among pieces of cloth and stamps, but he was sure to include one of a couple dancing tango with the Obelisk behind them as an homage to Buenos Aires. Visit the exhibit Monday through Friday, 11am to 8pm, until July 10th.

Greetings from Chile!!
Chile is fascinating. Forget the crowded and built- in coastal cities near Santiago. Not that they're not worth a visit... but a little further north, there are truly stunning, beach towns which remain undiscovered for the most part... we found the most beautiful beaches, sea-side restaurants, and incredibly nice people. Below are some photos of Zapallar & Cachagua. I'll be posting more photos from Chile soon! Torres del Paine, Atacama desert and Easter Island. Postcards from Antarctica
Adelie penguins are the most common of all Antarctic penguin species.
They are so cute with their tuxedo shirt front!! you can see them walking or sliding all over the beaches and headlands of the Antarctic coast. Watching them slide to the waters edge and dive into the freezing waters, is such a thrilling experience.

Arteba
Buenos Aires´ contemporary art fair recently took place with an explosion of creativity from artists from all over Latin America. My favorite space was the "new hood" where all the new artists that nobody knows exhibited their amazing work.
I was surprised by how much photography there was this year, and by how many foreigners took interest in this event - probably more than ever.
Also, this year was record in sales, although it was the least expensive works that were mostly sold.

Just got back from another little trip to Mendoza - one of the 8 Great Wine Capitals of the world. How beautiful! The landscapes, the flavors and scents, the red tears falling in my glass, the sunsets, the atumn leaves with earthly colors, the soothing spa treatments, the long bike rides, the people...
